Return & Exchange Policy

At oral-store, we care about your satisfaction and the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

• The product must be in its original packaging and not used or damaged by the customer.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care or intimate products cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.

Exchanges

• If the product you received has a manufacturing issue, you may request an exchange for the same item or an equivalent product (subject to availability).

• Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Refunds

• Once we inspect and confirm the reported defect, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• If the item has a verified defect, all shipping costs (return and reshipment) will be covered by oral-store.

• If no defect is found, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us  within the stated timeframe and include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
